01 Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting markets, and promotions on the 133 bet platform. Opening an account, making a deposit, or starting to play any game on 133 bet means you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, a total balance of ৳2,500, and a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Two promotions cannot be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly allow it.
133 bet may set a maximum bet amount when wagering with bonus balance.
If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
Attempting to withdraw before bonus conditions are met will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 133 bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a minimum of 0.2% at Bronze to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net losses. Example: at Gold tier, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week gives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Advancement to higher tiers is based on gaming activity.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless 133 bet itself declares the relevant event cancelled or suspended. 133 bet reserves the right to void bets that were incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Pricing

133 bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — such as prices that are abnormally higher than the market. In such cases, the original stake deposited will be refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets.
Attempting to earn bonuses risk-free by betting on two opposing outcomes (arbitrage).
Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game software.
Colluding with other users to cause loss to 133 bet.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. A technical interruption after a game has already started will not invalidate the result — the outcome recorded on the server is final.
